All purchases at EMThemes.com are covered by our "7 days No Questions Asked Refund Policy". Usage of our products for 7 days, will ensure of our high quality Themes or extensions and incase you are not convinced, you can ask for refund, which would be duly processed back for you, no questions asked. Please read the guidelines governing the refund policy:
- Refund is not applicable after 7 days since the date of your membership purchase.
- Refund is equal the order total minus the discount (if any).
- Refund is not applicable on add-on services (such as theme installation, custom development works, consulting works and any order services we provide).
- Refund is not applicable on membership renewals.
- Refund would be denied in abuse cases, with abnormally high numbers of downloads within the 7 days.
EMThemes reverses the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected. It has been observed that some of the users are rampantly downloading all products and then asking for refund and again re-signup when new products are launched and then again ask for refund.
